Before we start a project - during a conversation with a client - we define the candidate profile. We define the level of key competencies required for the position as well as the key tasks and challenges that the chosen candidate will have to face in the particular business situation. Then it is defined the business environment, which will be thoroughly searched by our consultants. At this stage an important role is played by experience and knowledge of the local market – possessed by our consultants . It allows us to effectively approach a specific candidate. However Qual possess also a unique know-how in the area of Direct and Executive search. On the basis of this know-how we can search any kind of company, even such a company that wasn’t searched by our consultants before. The correlation of these two issues enables us to efficiently reach the desired candidates.
When we approach the right candidate our consultant conducts the verification during the interview but also checks references. On request, we make a more thorough analysis using psychometric tools or arranging a session of Assessment Center. After finding the right candidates the process is finalizing by sending the report with recommendations to the client. On request we present and discuss the candidates with the client during a meeting or by phone.
